The Tiffin-Seneca Teen Center - The Hub - is now open at its newly renovated space at 182 S. Washington St. in downtown Tiffin. The Teen Center has been serving youths in the Seneca County community for the past 27 years and with this new space, plans to offer more after school opportunities for teens ages 12 and up.
